Iceland Summer 2018

The previous post is here.

After a year and half, I finally gather some time to finish posting this entire trip. It creates a very high contrast to my 2020 visit to Iceland.

Iceland Winter

02.20.2020 - 02.23-2020

Iceland has always been one of my favourite place to visit ever since my last visit. The scenery is way to beautiful. The second reason to come over here is that I always wanted to shoot the northern lights. It was on my bucket list since I was young. Now I can cross that off. Enjoy…

Sólheimasandur Plane Wreck

Round trip to see this plane is 8 km. I started the hike 6:10 pm and sunsets 6:30 pm. By the time I got there, it only had little sunlight left. Good thing is not a lot of tourists at this time. It’s a must see location if you love airplanes.

One night at Chicago

02.18.2020

The night staying at Chicago was totally random. My original plan was only transfering at Chicago O`Hare airport but I missed my connecting to Reykjavik Iceland. It was once a day flight, so I had to spend a night a Chicago. After 24 hours at Chicago, I’m glad I missed my flight. Chicago is one of the best skyscraper cities. If you love architecture, you got to pay here a visit. Don’t be a fool like me, give yourselves a little more time. Btw I would not recommand you to visit in February. I feel it’s even colder than Iceland.
